Position Summary

We are looking for fresh Saudi graduates with expertise in Building Engineering or Architectural Engineering to join our project team located in Riyadh. This role suits candidates who have recently graduated or will graduate in 2025 or beyond and are currently residing in Riyadh.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Graduation year 2025 or later.
• Resident in Riyadh.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Immediate or short-notice availability to join.
• Willingness to work in Riyadh with no relocation assistance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Internships or hands-on training in architectural or building-related projects.
• Foundational understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Ability to interpret architectural and building blueprints.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering/design software is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project team in architectural and building engineering tasks.
• Assist with preparation and management of project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical files.
• Support site and construction activities when required.
• Coordinate with fellow engineers and various project-related stakeholders.
• Help review architectural drawings and technical materials.
• Ensure all activities adhere to project standards and requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned related to the project.
