Their team handles a variety of architectural and engineering projects using advanced digital design and modeling tools, emphasizing technical excellence and innovation to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Role Overview
The position requires 2 to 4 years of professional experience as an Architect focused on building projects, either residential or commercial. Candidates should have experience managing at least one project from initial concepts through to Good for Construction (GFC) or working drawings stage.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Prepare comprehensive architectural working drawings including plans, sections, elevations, staircase and toilet details, door and window schedules, and basic joinery details.
- Produce municipal submission drawings and demonstrate familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, ideally including Haryana Building Bye Laws and National Building Code (NBC) norms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in 2D drafting via AutoCAD to generate precise, organized, and properly layered drawings ready for site implementation.
- Coordinate effectively with structural and MEP consultants to incorporate their feedback and markups into architectural drawings.
- Possess a solid understanding of fundamental building materials, finishes, and practical construction details pertinent to Indian residential and commercial projects.
