About the Role
Dwellist Architecture & Interiors invites applications for a Junior Architect position. This role is suited for a creative and detail-oriented architect who excels in technical proficiency and is passionate about bridging the gap between conceptual designs and practical on-site implementation, primarily for luxury residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Architect will be engaged in developing detailed designs, creating 3D visualizations, preparing comprehensive construction drawings, and conducting regular site coordination to ensure project alignment with design objectives.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency with architectural software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and either Lumion or Enscape.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is highly advantageous.
- Must be located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
