About the Role
SharkNinja APAC's AI Revolution Centre (A.R.C) team drives impactful AI adoption throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Their flagship AI Champions Programme spans ANZ, Singapore/Malaysia, SEA, South Korea, Japan, and India, managing numerous real-world AI initiatives across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and more. This Junior AI Engineer position, based in Singapore, supports day-to-day activities in the AI Champions Programme and broader A.R.C efforts. The role offers hands-on involvement, high visibility, and close collaboration with the Data & AI Lead, providing exposure to enterprise-level AI tools, programme management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and engagement activities for AI Champions across APAC markets.
- Maintain and update registers tracking AI Champions' usage of Claude Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise Plus tools.
- Manage community tools such as Teams groups, distribution lists, discussion forums, and the APAC AI & Data Platform intranet.
- Organise and prepare materials for AI Champion sessions, newsletters, and communications.
- Track and update submissions of AI use cases from 9 departments and 6 APAC markets.
- Assist in analysing and prioritising use cases for business impact.
- Prepare dashboards and summary reports for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Support creation of PowerPoint presentations and reports for IT Steering committees and leadership.
- Draft internal communications including newsletters, onboarding emails, and updates.
- Maintain and update content on SharePoint and AI & Data Platform intranet sites.
- Monitor Claude API usage and generate basic usage reports.
- Assist with license management for Claude Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise Plus tools.
- Compile, format, and present programme metrics for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Candidate Requirements
- 0 to 2 years experience in business, data, operations, or technology-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong enthusiasm for AI technologies and enterprise tools.
- Comfortable working with data including tracking, formatting, and performing basic analysis.
- Desirable skills include hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, familiarity with prompt engineering, project/programme support experience, exposure to use case development or process improvement, and prior internship or work experience in multinational or APAC-regional environments.
