About the Role
Join a stealth mode startup as an AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining sophisticated machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python-based development, deep learning, generative AI, large language models, and real-world AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Create scalable AI/ML solutions targeting business challenges.
- Utilize Python and leading ML frameworks to develop and optimize predictive models.
- Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to build models.
- Develop applications leveraging generative AI, large language models, and natural language processing.
- Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) applications using vector databases and embeddings.
- Tune, assess, and improve AI/ML model accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems and APIs seamlessly.
- Deploy solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Data Engineers, Software Developers, DevOps personnel, and business stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor model performance to enhance reliability and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in AI/ML development roles.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong grasp of machine learning and deep learning techniques and algorithms.
- Experience in natural language processing, generative AI, and working with large language models.
- Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation, embedding techniques, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration for AI models.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Eligibility
Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization or B.Com in any specialization are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
The position offers an annual salary between 1,200,000 and 1,500,000 INR.
