Key Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Establish and nurture relationships by understanding business challenges and needs
• Identify, generate, and qualify new sales prospects
• Schedule and lead introductory meetings with prospective customers
• Develop skills in managing sales discussions and closing deals
• Collaborate closely with seasoned sales professionals for coaching and growth

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or early in professional career
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging varied audiences
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and eager to develop new skills
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, sports, or customer service
• Desires a clear career progression with significant earning potential
• Possession of a full UK driving licence and car access is preferred due to location

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings of £45,000 to £55,000+ in the first year
