Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Jewellery Sales Associate to manage customer inquiries, demonstrate diamond quality, present jewellery designs, follow up on leads, and successfully close sales. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships while catering to both retail and B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions about lab-grown diamonds and jewellery products.
• Explain and highlight the attributes of diamonds including shapes, sizes, clarity, color, certification, and pricing.
• Present jewellery collections and designs to potential buyers.
• Follow up consistently with leads to convert them into sales.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably 1-5 years of experience in diamond or jewellery sales.
• Strong knowledge of diamond characteristics such as shapes, clarity, color, and certification.
• Familiarity with diamond pricing and jewellery design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong customer handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to effectively follow up with potential clients.
