About the Role
Nandi Jewellers is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive specializing in silver jewellery for its store located in Habsiguda, Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, showcasing a diverse range of silver jewellery including ornaments, articles, and gift items, facilitating purchase decisions, and ensuring a superior customer experience in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers as they enter the store to understand their preferences and budget, recommending appropriate silver jewellery pieces such as 92.5 sterling silver ornaments and traditional or contemporary designs.
- Provide comprehensive information on silver purity, making charges, weight specifics, care guidelines, and applicable promotions to customers.
- Maintain display counters to be consistently organized, attractive, and clean; carry out stock verification each day before opening and after closing.
- Collaborate with the billing department to verify accurate weight measurements, proper item tagging, and prompt completion of invoices.
- Develop and sustain respectful, trustworthy, and long-term relationships with local patrons to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least six months experience in retail sales, with preference for those experienced in jewellery or silver product sales.
- Fluent communication skills in Telugu and Hindi are essential; basic proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Possess strong communication and active listening abilities, comfortable performing basic arithmetic calculations related to weight, making charges, and discounts, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness and availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and busy festival periods.
Compensation and Benefits
A fixed monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000 INR depending on experience, supplemented with performance-driven incentives. Employment is full-time and on-site.
