Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Technical Lead to spearhead development of Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices architectures. The position involves integrating advanced AI and machine learning technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI solutions, while designing scalable cloud-native systems leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of Java and Spring Boot based microservices applications.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities using LLMs, RAG, Generative AI frameworks, and related technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications hosted on major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Mentor and guide development teams to uphold best coding and architectural practices.
- Oversee API lifecycle management along with CI/CD pipeline creation and automation.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Maintain application security, performance optimization, and high availability standards.
- Continuously assess and integrate emerging AI and cloud technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development environments.
- At least 2 years serving as a Technical Lead overseeing project and team deliveries.
- Proficiency with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG techniques, LangChain, Spring AI ecosystem, and OpenAI integration.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP coupled with containerization tools Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong command over RESTful API design, cloud-native architecture principles, and comprehensive system design capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in stakeholder management and mentoring junior developers.
- Additional familiarity with Kafka message queuing, vector databases, Python programming, and relevant AI/ML certifications is a plus.
