Your Contributions

• Design, develop, and enhance complex Java-based software solutions, managing them through all phases from requirement analysis to production deployment.
• Influence technical choices related to architecture, object-oriented design, and modern software engineering principles.
• Guarantee high code quality and sustainable maintainability through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate actively in agile teams, mentor peers, engage in pair programming, and share your technical expertise.
• Handle demanding technical challenges and create pragmatic, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

What You Bring

• Several years of professional experience developing software with Java, proven success delivering complex projects.
• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on software development.
• Advanced skills in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, modern architectural and development methods, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies; experience with AI-enabled software development is a plus.
• Good communication skills in German and English to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• High self-motivation, analytical thinking, practical problem-solving approach, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and advancing technical topics.
