Java React Full Stack Developer - Permanent Position

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java React Full Stack Developer for a permanent role with 6 to 10 years of experience. This position is based in multiple Indian cities including Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. Candidates must have strong skills in Java, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Observability tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test cloud-native microservices leveraging Java 21, Spring Boot 3.x, and ReactJS in containerized environments.
• Construct and optimize batch processing workflows using the Spring Batch framework to handle enterprise-scale data.
• Develop domain-driven microservices maintaining clear design principles, separation of concerns, and compliance with architectural standards.
• Interpret business needs into detailed technical specifications and provide architectural leadership for new feature development.
• Plan and optimize database operations using MySQL to ensure data consistency and high performance across distributed systems.
• Create thorough unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and reliability of the microservices ecosystem.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, enabling automated deployments to Kubernetes clusters.
• Apply secure coding practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and implementation of authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold coding standards and facilitate team knowledge sharing.
• Resolve production issues promptly, enhancing system resilience and observability through logging, metrics, and tracing tools.
• Work with synchronous REST APIs as well as asynchronous messaging systems such as Solace, Kafka, or JMS.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) and SQL skills encompassing schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with cloud and container-based tools and technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
• At least 3 years building microservices architectures.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is advantageous.
