Role Summary
As a Java Full Stack Senior Associate, you will spearhead the creation of innovative software solutions aimed at propelling digital transformation and boosting organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test applications using Java and related programming technologies to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Employ methodologies such as Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to enhance software quality.
- Work closely with diverse teams to collect and interpret business requirements for software initiatives.
- Implement enterprise-level application architectures and integration strategies to build scalable, efficient systems.
- Perform thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure software quality and maintainability.
- Identify, debug, and resolve software defects to guarantee smooth application operation.
- Plan and oversee software projects, ensuring delivery within client timelines and standards.
- Establish strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and provide customized software solutions.
- Adapt fluidly to complex challenges and organizational changes, promoting both personal and technical development.
