Role Overview
This position requires an experienced Java Full Stack Developer proficient in backend development, Angular or React front-end frameworks, Kafka-driven microservices, and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to architecting, building, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
- Build and improve RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Create responsive and interactive UI using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Engage in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure quality.
- Enhance performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience with Java versions 8/11/17 and beyond.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security frameworks.
- Proficient in Hibernate/JPA and microservices design.
- Hands-on with RESTful API development.
- Skilled in Angular (preferred) or React for front-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases including SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Version control expertise with Git.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with serverless and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Usage of application performance monitoring tools.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 9-14 years of practical software development experience.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in technical leadership or module management is advantageous.
