Job description
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices patterns.
- Drive architectural design discussions and steer the team towards best practices in software development and design.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features ensuring smooth user experiences using React and Angular technologies.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, nurturing a culture centered on innovation and high standards.
- Assess new technologies continually and recommend strategies to improve application performance and scalability.
