About the Role
Join Vena Solutions as a Software Developer 2, contributing to the enhancement of our advanced SaaS cloud platform. This role suits an inventive full-stack engineer skilled in both backend and frontend technologies, eager to tackle challenging technical problems and build scalable, high-performance applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Build robust and fast production components and prototype swiftly.
- Refactor and optimize code to streamline feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature design and implementation, fostering cohesive solutions.
- Support continuous integration practices by utilizing automated testing frameworks.
- Innovate by applying current software technologies to enhance software performance and usability.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Possess minimum 3 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, especially with backend Java and frontend React, with aptitude for rapidly mastering new technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in both backend services and user-facing application development, including specialized technical skills.
- Strong grounding in computer science principles such as software design, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Ability to create scalable backend APIs and responsive frontends emphasizing performance, reliability, and excellent user experience.
- Commitment to using modern tools, libraries, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies to keep the technology stack updated.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, sense of ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for integrating AI-driven solutions to boost performance and efficiency.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is 1,567,694 to 2,120,998 INR annually. Salaries depend on role, experience, skills, education, and work location. Compensation may evolve with role progression, offering growth flexibility. Details will be provided by the recruiter during recruitment.
