Role Overview

As a Java Developer at Infosys, you will be an integral part of the delivery team focusing on client engagement for ensuring quality, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will span understanding requirements, designing and validating architectures, and maintaining superior service standards within technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to assure quality and address issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Interpret and analyze requirements; develop and review design specifications; validate system architecture.
• Participate in project estimations and contribute to solution delivery planning.
• Perform technical risk assessments and review code and unit test plans.
• Lead and mentor development teams to produce optimized, high-quality code while ensuring adherence to company processes.
• Drive knowledge sharing and continual improvement initiatives within the team.
• Contribute actively to building efficient software solutions that support clients’ digital transformation.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java programming with focus on Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in developing Microservices-based architectures is highly desirable.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Sc (any specialization), B.C.A (any specialization), B.Tech, or B.E. degree across specializations.
