Java Developer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Java Developers who have delivered production-ready solutions to real customers, beyond academic or personal projects. You will be part of a dynamic enterprise SaaS implementation team in Hyderabad, focused on developing business workflows, integration layers, and data processing tools for global corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement durable backend systems using Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Create and maintain workflows, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Develop and support RESTful and GraphQL APIs alongside microservices architecture.
• Handle data layer management via Hibernate ORM, including entity mapping, session control, HQL, criteria APIs, and caching strategies.
• Engage with Oracle database features such as stored procedures, triggers, XML parsing, query tuning, and indexing.
• Assist with data migration efforts, validation processes, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews and technical design meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 6 years of practical Java development experience on live projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Java (Java 8 or newer) including collections, multithreading, design patterns, object-oriented design, and J2EE concepts.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Hibernate ORM covering relations, lazy and eager loading, transactions, and performance optimization.
• Strong command of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for complex queries, performance tuning, execution planning, indexing, stored procedures, triggers, and handling XML/JSON data.
• Proven capability to develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Excellent debugging, analytical reasoning, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with OpenAPI version 3.x specifications.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and token-based authentication mechanisms.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS, ERP, CPQ, or Revenue Management platforms.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN and CI/CD tools like Jenkins for release automation.
• Basic skills in Docker and scripting languages.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
