Job Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain microservices utilizing Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Create and optimize batch processing workflows for processing large-scale data using Spring Batch.
• Contribute actively to the legacy platform migration and modernization efforts by transitioning components to a microservices-based architecture.
• Deploy, scale, and administer services within Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate closely with architects and platform engineers to establish data management strategies and define service boundaries.
• Produce clean, well-tested code and engage in code reviews and architectural design discussions.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability during migration phases.

Essential Skills

• Proficient core Java knowledge with strong object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Familiarity with Spring Batch for high-volume batch processing.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and associated design patterns.
• Skills in Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of legacy system modernization and data migration projects.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and container technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of relational and distributed data storage systems.
