Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store premises.
• Clean and sanitize showers and restroom areas.
• Manage washing, loading, and unloading towels used in the shower facilities.
• Conduct general maintenance and small repairs within the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring the facilities are well-kept and welcoming.

Required Qualifications

• Self-driven individuals with strong motivation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repair skills for minor issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $15.70 to $18.13.
