Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store premises.
• Clean shower areas and restroom facilities thoroughly.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for shower services.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks around the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center promptly.
• Deliver excellent guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Candidate Qualifications

Required:

• Highly self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to be on feet for most of the workday.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
