Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay ranges from $13.80 to $20.13 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire store is maintained in a clean and orderly condition
• Clean shower rooms and restroom areas thoroughly
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels provided for showers
• Conduct general maintenance and minor repairs within the store premises
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center promptly
• Deliver superior guest service by keeping facilities in optimal condition

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individuals with initiative and drive
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk throughout most of the shift
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in similar roles is favored but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and aptitude for minor repairs is preferred
