Job Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store premises.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities diligently.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels used for showers.
• Conduct general store repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center grounds.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring well-maintained facilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-driven with strong motivation to perform independently.
• Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in similar janitorial or maintenance roles.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and troubleshooting minor issues.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage between $11.85 and $17.25 per hour.
