Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals to maintain store cleanliness and uphold excellent guest service standards through upkeep of facilities. The role involves cleaning, maintenance, and supporting operational efficiency across the travel center.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping the store clean and orderly
• Cleaning showers and restroom areas
• Handling washing, loading, and unloading of towels for showers
• Carrying out general store repairs and maintenance tasks
• Collecting and disposing of trash around the travel center
• Delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring the facilities are well maintained

Candidate Qualifications

Required:

• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as stand or walk for most of the workday
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a comparable role
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $11.90 to $16.30
