Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire store remains clean and inviting at all times.
• Clean showers and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Manage the washing, loading, and unloading of towels for shower facilities.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center promptly.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high facility standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated individuals with initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended durations.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in janitorial or similar positions.
• Understanding of industrial equipment with skills to resolve minor mechanical issues.

• Starting pay range between $20.40 and $27.56 per hour.
