Job Description and Responsibilities

• Ensure the travel center and store areas remain clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of showers and restroom facilities for guest comfort.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels for shower use efficiently.
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks within the store environment to keep facilities functional.
• Collect and remove trash throughout the travel center premises to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by providing a clean and well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-driven and motivated to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and skills to troubleshoot minor repairs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay starting from $15.00 up to $20.13.
