Job Overview
As a Janitorial Associate, your role is essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by maintaining cleanliness across all areas of the store. Responsibilities include upkeep of the parking lot, restrooms, receiving areas, and other store locations to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
Compensation Details
- Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $29, with actual rates at or above the minimum wage mandated by the location.
- Additional pay may be earned through annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Conditional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can apply based on work schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks completed. Multiple premiums might be awarded if criteria are met.
