Janitor

Job Overview

This position requires performing cleaning and maintenance duties at the dental clinic location to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, hallways, and stairs to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty all trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings thoroughly.
• Carry out minor repairs and adjustments on HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems. Contact specialists for more complex issues.
• Conduct regular safety and security checks of the facility.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and related fixtures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear snow and ice from all walkways and parking areas as required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is considered an advantage.

Work Conditions
