Job Description and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft technologies including Azure, Exchange Online, and internal domain infrastructures.
- Develop and upkeep PowerShell scripts to automate system administration and operational workflows.
- Design and execute sophisticated SQL Server queries to facilitate reporting, troubleshooting, and system upkeep.
- Handle user accounts, regulate permissions, and control access rights within both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Continuously monitor infrastructure health and resolve potential issues proactively to avoid operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with IT and other technical teams to fulfill organizational infrastructure requirements.
- Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and problem-resolution methods to ensure compliance and readiness for audits.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience administering Azure services, Exchange Online, and domain network components.
- Strong command of SQL Server, capable of creating and optimizing complex database queries.
- Excellent analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient communication and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Knowledge of broader Microsoft 365 administration beyond just Exchange Online.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory management and Group Policy configurations.
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python and Bash.
- Interest in applying DevOps methodologies and infrastructure as code tools.
