Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer experienced in level 1 technical support, system administration, and network troubleshooting. The role focuses on resolving incidents efficiently, providing remote assistance, and managing IT assets effectively. Candidates should be proficient in Windows operating system installations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support to end-users.
- Perform system administration tasks to maintain IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems on various devices.
- Provide remote support to address technical problems.
- Manage IT assets ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Educational qualification: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology.
