Core Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 environment including user accounts, permissions, and digital identities.
• Administer services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and manage licensing along with security policies.
• Oversee the full Microsoft services ecosystem, demonstrating broad and deep technical expertise.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the internal IT infrastructure.
• Provide support for network and VPN connectivity.
• Maintain and update IT documentation including policies and standard operating procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Deliver daily helpdesk support including resolving problems with email, printers, systems, and networks.
• Set up and configure devices for new employees.
• Support and integrate other platforms and tools like Zoom and Odoo.
• Track and manage hardware, software inventories, licenses, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
• Recommend technological enhancements to improve operational efficiency and promote security awareness among the staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in IT with thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated services.
• Current resident of Riyadh Region.
• Ability to begin employment immediately.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and support capabilities.
• Highly organized with responsible work ethic and excellent communication skills.
