IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring the successful delivery from start to finish. This role serves as the central point of communication among business units, external vendors, and technical teams to guarantee projects meet deadlines, adhere to agreed scope, and stay within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects through all phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
• Facilitate coordination between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical personnel to ensure alignment throughout project progression.
• Ensure that projects meet timelines, stay within scope, and are delivered on budget.
• Track project risks, resource allocation, and overall performance, proactively escalating any issues encountered.
• Produce and communicate regular project status updates to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk logs, and change management records.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of direct, practical experience managing IT projects.
• Demonstrable experience in managing projects covering the full project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders, vendors, and resource planning.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English for effective communication.
• Possession of PMP certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent is beneficial.
• Previous experience in the government or public sector is considered an added advantage.
