IT Manager

About the Role

Beehive Fintech is looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead and supervise its IT infrastructure, systems, and digital debt-based crowdfunding platform. This strategic leadership position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and involves comprehensive oversight of IT operations to safeguard data security and align with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) cybersecurity regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage devices, and the crowdfunding platform, ensuring optimal performance and planning for future capacity and upgrades.
• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity measures, conduct security evaluations, and handle incident responses following SAMA's Cyber Risk Control Framework.
• Create and enforce IT policies on access control, data protection, change management, and business continuity that align with SAMA standards.
• Oversee IT budgeting, vendor assessments, and manage outsourcing arrangements compliant with SAMA regulations.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting innovation, security consciousness, and ongoing process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Between 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in IT roles.
• Proven management experience in an IT leadership position.
• Solid expertise in IT system architecture, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills.

SAMA Compliance Criteria

• Fulfillment of SAMA’s professional eligibility requirements for senior leaders.
• Must be a permanent resident of Saudi Arabia.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAMA’s cybersecurity and information security regulations.
• Professional certifications like CISM, CISSP, or equivalents are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and other information security standards.
