IT Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to lead our IT department remotely. This position involves managing systems, ensuring basic security protocols, and overseeing a team to maintain efficient and reliable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team comprised of IT support specialists and systems administrators.
• Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap, budgeting, and vendor partnerships.
• Manage identity access controls, mobile device management (MDM), and Software as a Service (SaaS) administration.
• Collaborate closely with security teams to enforce baseline controls and ensure compliance.
• Direct incident response efforts and supervise significant IT-related projects.
• Create and update policies, procedures, and operational runbooks supporting IT functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing IT personnel.
• Strong expertise in administration of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience with MDM solutions, identity management, and SaaS platforms.
• Proven capability in handling budgets, vendor interactions, and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary aligned with experience and location, approximately $95,000 to $150,000 USD equivalent, inclusive of benefits.
