Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager with expertise in Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony to lead the implementation and integration of these systems within our Food & Beverage operations. This role demands overseeing the end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring smooth integration across platforms, and providing consistent support to optimize operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment and system integration for Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony solutions tailored to F&B operations.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including stakeholders, vendors, and technical staff to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Maintain data integrity and align system capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Lead training initiatives for staff to facilitate adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Apply solid project management principles to define scope, set timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Simphony projects.
- Demonstrated ability in system implementation, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, especially point-of-sale, inventory controls, and financial systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to effectively resolve system challenges.
- Experience conducting training sessions for end users on new system functionalities.
- Proven project management skills to handle complex deliveries within time constraints.
