Role Overview

We seek a proactive and meticulous IT Executive to become an integral part of our IT Infrastructure team. This position provides practical experience handling daily IT tasks, diagnosing technical issues, and supporting company-wide technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network challenges.
• Support installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers and peripheral devices.
• Contribute to IT asset management and upkeep of inventory records.
• Troubleshoot issues with LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, VPNs, and printers.
• Assist in preparing IT documentation such as standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
• Support software licensing processes, updates, and patch management.
• Provide primary support for email platforms, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Engage in IT security awareness programs and help maintain adherence to IT protocols.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure effective IT service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• One to two years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware components, operating system fundamentals, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Office 365 is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to learn new technologies rapidly and operate independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
