Job description
Job Summary
As an Issuing Officer, you will oversee the dispatch process for raw materials from the warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination among various departments to achieve timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate shipping activities for raw materials leaving the warehouse.
- Process and record shipping orders accurately within the company system.
- Ensure orders are correct and shipping paperwork is properly completed.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to guarantee on-time dispatches.
- Track inventory movements and keep thorough shipping records updated.
- Compile shipping reports and assist with data analysis when requested.
- Contribute to the maintenance of 5S standards and ongoing operational improvements.
- Carry out additional administrative and operational tasks as delegated by management.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping coordination, logistics, or related administrative roles.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar discipline.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management software is beneficial.
- Strong skills in analysis, organization, and communication.
- Attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
- Effective team collaboration and coordination capabilities.
