- Conducting proactive outreach and qualifying investor interest on behalf of Partners, strategically aligning meetings based on Partners' locations and schedules to maximize high-impact investor engagements year-round.
- Crafting and tailoring compelling narratives and presentation materials that highlight Main Sequence's performance and uniqueness, ensuring content is adapted for diverse audiences such as international LPs and domestic investors.
- Organizing the investor events calendar, preparing for industry gatherings like SuperReturn conferences, Annual General Meetings, roadshows, and webinars; managing Partner schedules and follow-ups diligently.
- Handling clear, consistent, and candid communication with investors through quarterly updates, due diligence questionnaire responses, briefing notes, and professional follow-up emails that reinforce engagement.
- Maintaining Main Sequence's data room and CRM comprehensively, keeping information current, coordinating with finance teams, logging interactions with insights, and tracking relationships and next steps efficiently.

- Exceptional research capabilities; ability to independently analyze new markets or audiences and convert findings into actionable plans.
- Skill in rapidly producing and customizing polished presentation materials using templates, tailored to specific meetings and target audiences.
- Excellent written communication; adept at distilling complex concepts into clear messages and delivering effective follow-ups aligned with brand voice.
- Assertive and confident in follow-through, proactively setting deadlines and holding stakeholders accountable to avoid stagnation.
- A keen interest in deep technology and science-driven enterprises; while scientific expertise is not required, enthusiasm is essential.
- Consulting experience that sharpened research proficiency and capability to create client-ready collateral under tight timelines.
- Prior involvement with venture capital or private market environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Existing relationships within the Australian LP or international institutional investment communities is beneficial.
- Experience supporting a small, senior leadership or founder-level team directly.
