About The Role
We are seeking a driven professional to become part of our well-established team located in Gisborne as an Investment Adviser. This position involves creating comprehensive business strategies aimed at expanding a client portfolio, while delivering top-tier investment advice tailored to align with each client’s specific investment goals and personal circumstances. Our organization supports ongoing education, providing over 180 advisers with continuous training on investment markets as well as sales and networking expertise. Candidate Profile
- Holds a tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business, or a related discipline;
- Qualified Financial Adviser preferred, though candidates progressing towards or working in financial services without formal qualification are encouraged to apply;
- Passionate about assisting clients in making sound financial choices;
- Skilled at explaining complex financial topics clearly;
- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive;
- Adept in developing business opportunities;
- Excellent communication and networking abilities;
- Possesses established local client relationships;
- Demonstrates high professionalism.
