About the Role
Shri Laadli Ventures LLP seeks an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations within the FMCG and Food & Beverages sector. The position is located at Excellence Classes, A 2/24 Niranpuri Ramghat Road, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining precise stock levels, minimizing losses, and ensuring products are available for sales and distribution on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inventory and stock levels for all items.
- Keep detailed records of stock receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
- Monitor opening and closing stock as well as stock movements.
- Collaborate closely with the purchase, sales, warehouse, and distribution teams.
- Perform routine physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify and manage slow-moving, fast-moving, damaged, and near-expiry inventory.
- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expire First Out) inventory procedures wherever applicable.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of products.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate reorder processes as needed.
- Document all inventory transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and ensure correct handling of products.
- Support audits and upkeep inventory-related records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience managing inventory or warehouse operations, ideally within FMCG or food sectors.
- Strong familiarity with inventory and warehouse management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and ability to coordinate with multiple functional teams.
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Accuracy of inventory records.
- Accuracy in stock reconciliation.
- Minimization of stock loss and damage.
- Timely preparation of stock reports.
- Reduction in stock-outs and overstock situations.

Salary & Employment Details
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 and 18,000 INR.
