Job Overview
We seek an Inventory Executive responsible for overseeing inventory processes, ensuring precise stock records, monitoring stock quantities, and collaborating closely with teams from purchase, warehouse, sales, and accounts to maintain seamless inventory operations.
Primary Duties
- Maintain detailed records of stock inflow, outflow, transfers, and returned goods.
- Keep track of inventory levels, promptly identifying shortages or surpluses.
- Conduct routine physical stock audits and reconcile findings with system data.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and uphold all documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with procurement and warehouse personnel to guarantee timely stock availability.
- Monitor and manage damaged, expired, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
- Accurately update inventory transactions within ERP or other inventory management software on schedule.
- Investigate any stock inconsistencies and aid in resolving related problems.
- Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and organized according to company standards.
- Assist internal and external auditors during inventory audits.
- Adhere to company policies regarding inventory control, safety measures, and documentation procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Graduate degree or Diploma in fields such as Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Have between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory or ERP software applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and team coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining precise records.
