Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves maintaining accurate, real-time stock records for all products within the store. Key tasks include conducting daily cycle counts and periodic audits to reduce stock shrinkage and discrepancies. The Inventory Executive is also responsible for ensuring quick processing of incoming goods (Goods Receipt Note) and their correct placement in storage locations.
Additionally, the position requires managing inventory buffers and safety stock levels by analyzing demand trends. Another important duty is to identify and address any inconsistencies between the system records and actual physical inventory. The role also supports order picking operations by ensuring products are correctly organized within their bins.
