Inventory Controller - Spare Parts

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to oversee and maintain precise inventory records of automotive spare parts. The role focuses on cycle counting, reconciling inventory, and utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to uphold stock accuracy and streamline warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records for automotive spare parts.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Identify and address discrepancies in inventory data promptly.
• Accurately record all inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System.
• Track movements of stock to guarantee inventory precision.
• Collaborate effectively with Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations departments.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and propose necessary corrective measures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Have between 2 to 4 years of professional experience controlling inventory, preferably within automotive spare parts.
• Demonstrated expertise in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation techniques.
• Proficient in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management procedures.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel usage.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a keen attention to detail.
