International Weapons School Instructor

Role Overview

STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS), a government contracting and consulting organization engaged with military installations and federal agencies nationwide, is seeking experienced Weapons School Instructors. The selected instructors will deliver comprehensive Intelligence/ISR-related skills training, conduct assessments for training needs, develop courseware, and facilitate technology transfer at the Saudi Weapons School in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate teaching core/integrated Intelligence and ISR skills.
• Guide operational intelligence processes and target analysis.
• Provide expertise in targeting and weaponeering techniques.
• Conduct battle damage assessments and estimate collateral damage.
• Deliver training on precision point and target point mensuration.
• Support intelligence efforts for manned and remotely piloted aircraft operations.
• Offer imagery and geospatial analysis instruction.
• Execute ISR operations and campaign planning guidance.
• Lead intelligence and ISR force development and management education.
• Oversee processing, exploitation, and dissemination procedures within ISR contexts.
• Manage collection operations and ISR-centric exercise planning.
• Teach operational use and maintenance of Intelligence/ISR systems.
• Integrate ISR support for air-to-ground operations and cyber domains.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a current civilian passport valid for at least two years or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Graduation from the USAF Weapons School or experience as a Weapons School Instructor.
• Minimum of five years’ operational or tactical experience involving targeting and weaponeering activities.
• Experience with Air Operations Planning, specifically focused on target selection and analysis.
• Background as an intelligence 14N specialist or F-15 pilot.
• Active government Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Proven operational work supporting intelligence for active flying military units.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with knowledge in the following areas will be favored:

• Functional Competencies: Analysis, Collection, Integration, Targeting.
• Intelligence Disciplines: Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Technical Intelligence (TECHINT).
• Cross-Functional Areas: Airborne ISR, Air Operations Center (AOC), Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), understanding of cybersecurity functions such as incident response, digital forensics, network operations, cyber intelligence, and cybersecurity operations, support for flying unit intelligence, Air Support Operations Center, force protection, information operations (IO), space operations, and special operations forces (SOF).
