Job Overview
This hybrid role involves servicing both Regional Premier customers and a specific group of offshore clients. It requires providing comprehensive financial solutions and fostering strong long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote upgrading of customers from the Digital Offshore channel to meet Premier banking funding requirements by securing necessary KYC and CDD documentation.
- Deliver comprehensive, one-stop banking solutions to Regional Premier customers, offering financial advice and cross-selling a broad range of financial products and services.
- Proactively manage client relationships to build lasting bonds with customers.
- Encourage Regional Premier clients to increase funding to meet Premier banking standards.
- Comply with all relevant policies, regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a degree or diploma in a related discipline accompanied by experience in retail banking sales.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with strong determination to tackle challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Holding CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, or HI is advantageous.
