Position Overview

We invite technical support professionals to join us at Movate Technologies in Ambattur, Chennai, as Technical Support Engineers in an International Voice Process. This full-time role involves providing support during night shifts to international customers, addressing their technical concerns via voice communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to technical inquiries from customers worldwide.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently within set timeframes.
• Ensure a professional and positive interaction during all customer communications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical or tech support roles, preferably in international voice support.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Skilled in customer interaction and troubleshooting techniques.
• Comfortable working night shifts and managing international calls.
