Job Overview

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Technical Support Executive to join our team at our Ambit IT Park location in Ambattur, Chennai. This role operates on day shifts with a six-day workweek schedule and offers an annual compensation package ranging between INR 2.4 lakh to 4 lakh.

Responsibilities

• Address customer support inquiries via phone calls, diagnosing and resolving technical problems effectively.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide clear solutions related to computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately to maintain comprehensive support records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi communication is essential.
• A minimum of one year experience in a technical support role involving telephonic customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components, software systems, and network fundamentals.

• Preference will be given to candidates able to join immediately.
