About the Role

Megathil is recruiting for established clients based in Perungalathur, Chennai, seeking capable candidates for the role of International Voice Process Executive. This position requires handling international customer interactions and delivering quality service while adhering to company protocols. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Effectively comprehend and resolve customer queries with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining courteous and clear communication.
• Adhere to predefined company processes and quality assurance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in international voice process, BPO operations, customer support, or telecalling roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customers effectively and solve issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required.
• Basic proficiency with computer operations.
• Willingness to work onsite at Perungalathur, Chennai.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.
