International Voice Process Associate

Overview

This role involves engaging with international clients through inbound and outbound calls, addressing their queries related to billing, accounts, and technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing international calls effectively.
• Understand and resolve client issues by providing clear and accurate solutions.
• Handle billing, account inquiries, and technical support requests professionally.
• Consistently maintain high scores in customer satisfaction.
• Ensure precise and timely updating of customer information and interaction notes in system software.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least six months of experience in international BPO or voice process is highly preferred.
• Must possess a clear, fluent, and neutral or near-neutral accent with strong listening skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and the ability to quickly defuse customer concerns.

Additional Information

• Rotational night shift schedule.
• Two days off allocated rotationally.
