Job Overview

We are recruiting for an International Customer Support voice role located in Bangalore. Candidates should be graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of six months' experience and possess excellent English communication skills.

Work Details

• Work type: Onsite at Bangalore office
• Shift timing: Night shift with rotational shifts
• Pick and drop facility available
• Contract duration: 6 months, with a possibility of permanent onboarding for exceptional performers
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred, or maximum 15 days notice

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication abilities
• Good customer handling knowledge
• Comfortable working night and rotational shifts
• Experience range: 6 months to 5 years in customer support, technical support, BPO, and international voice processes (US, UK, Australian processes, inbound/outbound, KPO)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month (stipend), with potential CTC up to INR 40,000 depending on experience and last drawn salary
