International Voice Process Agent

Job Overview

This position involves managing customer interactions primarily from the United States, providing support related to products and services or technical assistance to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers, mainly from the U.S.
• Provide technical support and service assistance by addressing customer inquiries and problems.
• Engage effectively with customers over calls, answering service-related questions confidently.
• Work rotational night shifts aligned with U.S. timings.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Prior experience in international customer support roles is required (documented on papers).
• Solid technical knowledge base.
• Proficient in logical reasoning and analytical thinking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completed PUC/12th/Diploma or any undergraduate degree such as B.Com, BBA, BSc, BCA, BE, B.Tech, BA, or postgraduate degrees like MBA or M.Com.
• Freshers are eligible but will be contracted for 3 months initially.

Salary and Benefits

• For freshers: ₹19,000 per month plus an additional ₹9,000 retention bonus, payable at the end of the contract period.
• Experienced candidates can expect up to ₹28,000 take-home salary depending on interview and assessment outcomes.
